Glaswegian five-piece Velvet have worked out the perfect combination of unrequited love and emotional transience with their new track “I Prefer You (In My Head).” The raw, youthful energy of the band, backed by the expressive instrumental build up, gets it right - making it almost impossible not to put the band on the map.

The track follows their 2020 release “Black and Blue.”
