Nashville natives The Esskays are a southern psych-inspired outfit with a sound that’s laced with indie-rock and sprinkled with pop.

The combination of The Esskays writing and recording all their own music, and that music sounding as good as it does, makes it impossible to deny their talent - and “Girl, Tell Me What’s Your Game?″ is a perfect example of that.

The track is from their latest album “Rain Drop Garden,_”_ which includes 11 other head bopping, foot tapping, undeniably catchy tunes. The immediate jangle of the guitar riffs, the pleasantly melodious vocal, and its lyrical trueness gives the track an indisputably refreshing presence.

They may not know what our female game is, but The Esskays are definitely winning at something.
