Twin sisters, Serena and Selena Vernon make exquisite R&B engulfed in ethereal dream pop with their debut (mastered by the always busy Dan E. Brown) out this Spring via Sports Day Records. The sisters have been making music together for a while, but this is their first full-length collab for Ohyeahsumi.

The sisters released the shimmery “Home Invasion” last year, their sole pop-centric demo. The intimate percussion-less track faintly reminds of Girlpool, another duo with a similar minimal setup.

The EP’s smokey lead-single “Daisy” is an effortlessly alluring track, bringing listeners to stare off into the surreal yonder. Sultry with delicate strings and interwinding mellifluous atmospherics, the Vernon sisters’ celestial vocals seamlessly meld together for some heavy afterglow.
