Happy Apache is an ambient artist based in Austin, Texas. Not a whole lot is known about the project other than it began midway of 2017. Since June, the project has regularly put out material, in the form of singles and full albums.

“Snow Globe” is a meandering tune that aimlessly drifts with an added touch of the sublime. A slow blinking synth plods in a shallow pool of dissonance, invoking a filmic shot of a broken lonely traffic signal, gracefully swaying in the night. As instrumentation builds up, a lumbering guitar slides in with dithered drums backing up the joyously bleak stroll.
