Brit based Beach Baby is musically mature, lyrically developed, and just down right great.

“I had no mind, no money // but that’s alright”, is the sort of satisfaction and contempt you don’t usually get from a song.

“I’m a little fucked up and a little // beat up, beat up, beat up”, is the root of the problem that trumps aforementioned resolution.

The simplicity of the track holds enough weight with their shoe-gazy sound and truthful lyrics. Beach Baby is able to take that apathetic attitude towards the lulls of life, and put enough power behind them to make you feel something.

We’ll be seeing the guys at the Panache Showcase for CMJ, so I would advise doing the same before they head back to the UK!
